I have a design/idea for fishing app, that would use statistics, maps, posts, and callouts.

If you know c# and are familiar with visual studio, you can use Xamarin to develop mobile apps on android and iOS (iPhone) devices.
I've been a computer programmer for 22 years and might be able to write something for you. Shoot me a PM and we can talk about the details.
