Feedback of Runcl Grim I - woodyyyy - 12-20-2017 One question to start the topic, at what point have you noticed the bite really slows down when it’s getting cold? I’ve seen an interesting answer: It's never too cold for the fish, but it can be too cold for the fisherman. It must be talking about me.lol Ok. Back to the topic, I bought a new spinning reel and promised to give the feedback here. Many spinning reels have a common issue that is it forms a drastic tapered mound of the braid when you spool it. I used 30lb mono to test Runcl Grim I 3000 and they lay evenly on the spool. However, I haven't had a chance to test the drag on a huge fish yet, but casting and retrieve is smooth and functional. This is going to be my go to set up for next spring from now on. [signature] |
