Looks promising. Not only can I extend my battery life but with the speed control knob it looks like I will be able to troll and a lower speed than the current 1 setting on my 30 lb trolling motor. On the pontoon I have to drag my feet to keep the speed under 1.2 on the first setting. Not slow enough for some of the current fishing I do.
Anyone used one of these?

Sounds like a sweet deal, I have one that I use on my gas kicker motor that makes it so I don't have to go to the back of the boat to adjust my trolling speed but for those of you that use your electric motor on your toons, that sounds like a game changer.
