Roanoke in Jamesville - gdn443 - 03-11-2017

Tried it down there again last Friday. Again a lot of boats but no catching going on. Was able to mark some spots the local guys like, so it wasn't a waste of time. But I do wish the rocks would hit early. Not even hooking up with any white perch rather on the last few trips. I'll stick closer to home next week or go farther down the river.

Temps at 56 degrees. Some locals tell me the river is too low for them to come up. I'll still try next week. there is a dam up river they will open up in the past, but it's not open now. Man it got cold down here this week. High of 40 today. [Sad]

Wow that some cold temps for March, sounds like you have traded places with us, temp here yesterday was in the mid 70's[crazy]. I bet it's unusual for it to get that cold there this time of the year or even during most of the Winter[:/].
