I am trying to get there tomorrow or monday. Will let you know, looks like temperature might get low enough to freeze any water on top this weekend.

They have the road closed to the reservoir because they are feeding the elk and deer up there

I believe the road is closed due to the avalanche the slide between the dam and the ramp area. Tried to get up there on the 19th and had to back down below the dam to turn around. Still were a few people fishing on the ice.
I have no clue about feeding deer and elk up there.
