[size 2]Start with a 2-3 lb package Buffalo Short Ribs.
Grab a bottle of Wishbone Italian salad dressing, add a few tbsps of soy and a medium diced onion.
Put your ribs in your cooking pan, and pour on your Wishbone mixture.
[#ff0000]Cover your ribs, and cook them in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes... drop the oven temp to 200 and cook for another 90 minutes(still covered), then flip your ribs and cook for another 90 minutes.[/#ff0000] [/size]
