Re: [CoyoteSpinner] Looking for bluegills - doggonefishin - 06-30-2014
Well, actually the current Utah record bluegill comes from Mantua, and - um, er - that's up North of course. [cool] (always making mischief, that's what Coyote's do!)
Hey, didn't I read on here that Mantua was fished out? ![]() In all seriousness, with Pelican having the carp problem and Mantua becoming ever more popular with the accompanying pressure, it wouldn't shock me a bit if the next state record gill came out of UL. I was talking to one of the DWR biologists I know a couple weeks ago, and she told me that their studies have shown that the bluegill population has really taken off out there in both numbers and quality.
