Nope I have never ever heard of anyone getting and health problems from fish at Utah Lake.
One time though I ate some Catfish at Havasu and that same night I had a nightmare that I was at Lake Havasu with the spring break ladies, I walked up to one of them and said "hi". She got mad and pushed me off the boat and a giant Carp came and swallowed me whole. I woke up gasping for air. Scary dream.
