I fished Monday and again yesterday. There wasn't much change in ice extent between those two days but the ice quality has deteriorated significantly. It's close. In the meantime there is enough open water for bank anglers, tubers, kayakers, etc. to find some fish. Please be sensitive to the space of others. There is plenty of room if you travel around.
