I bought mine on line with no problem, once I figured out the right place to apply for it but I did not care for was the additional fee they charge for the convenience. A $15 one day license ends up costing just over $19 when your done. I don't think they charge that extra $4 when you go to Wally World or am I wrong?

Sounds like that price went up a bit as well, it used to be just a couple of bucks

- Nonresident elk increase from $416.75 to $651.75
So, as I read this I can purchase a three-year license, before Dec. 1st, and of course I would need to pay for three years and it will only be valid for two years! Under what circumstances does that make sense? What am I missing?
