I think he means a slingshot. Great idea for dudes with a jetboat and personal space issues, think it would be against the law to cast out 80 lb braided line with a bobber at the end and then put another bobber on it next to the boat so the line floats up by the surface? Be a shame if someone flew by and sucked up 30 yards of 80 lb line into their $100k jetboat's intake along with my crappy old $15 Zebco fishing pole.
